About this coffee

Right from the first sip, a note reminiscent of a not-quite-ripe clementine stands out, firm and vibrant, accompanied by a medium-low acidity. As the tasting progresses, notes of dark chocolate emerge, bringing more intensity and depth to the profile. The aftertaste is long and reminiscent of brown sugar.
